Applicants should possess these attributes and skills:

Organized
Self-starter
Ability to work in a team and on your own
Framing
Window and door installation
Siding
Interior/exterior trim
Experience reading plans
Estimating experience is a plus
Experience with energy efficiency detailing is also a plus, but not required.

Applicants with estimating experience should expand on that experience in their reply. Much of our work is focused on high energy efficient design and building techniques. Applicants with skills or interest in those areas should highlight their related experience/interest.
